April 2010 "Street by Street, Suburb by Suburb"

Thursday, Apr 1, 2010

This was an Australian National Conference run by the Society for Civil Liberties and held in Melbourne.

The aim was to encourage debate about how we can rebuild our communities into the caring and self responsible entities that we once had, before we placed our reliance on Governments and bureacracies. An important part of this was how we can include people with disabilities as full members of our communities.

FAST sent two representatives to this conference and they were given the opportunity to speak about Circles and Micro Businsses. Our contributions to the workshop were well received.
